Our upstairs private space, 449, accommodates up to 40 guests for a seated dinner or 65 guests for a cocktail-style reception.

Available on Monday evenings with a $2,500 minimum spend. Capacity is up to 80 seated guests.
Overflow parking after 5 PM is available behind our lot at The Mufflerman or Western Animal Clinic.
